OUR MISSION STATEMENT
PAC Works is dedicated to supplying the highest quality technicians at all levels. PAC Works will deliver exemplary safety through proper training and oversight as we believe trained technicians will be safer and more efficient than untrained technicians. We guarantee that all of the technicians we supply will be able to perform at the requested level.
Our Junior technicians will have a base level of knowledge that will allow them to immediately assist and contribute to their team efforts
Our Mid level technician will have the necessary skills to independently perform many routine tasks and to assist the senior tech in mentoring younger technicians
Our senior technicians will be senior in all aspects of performance and attitude.
